Eilis Davenport

Eilis signed up during our pilot programme in September 2020. She is an experienced pastry chef with over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of kitchens, most recently in the fabulous Le Patissier. She is also a qualified Irish dancing teacher and a mother to two wonderful boys. Her latest endeavour is setting up a new social innovation project focusing on food and culinary education in Irish schools. Eilis supported her mentee, building up her confidence and self-belief and challenging her to achieve her full potential.
