Elaine McGauran

Elaine is our INSPIRE Programme Manager with a lifelong interest in social inclusion and a commitment to the wider community.  INSPIRE Mentoring started as a Dublin pilot in late 2020 with 70 participants and under her expert guidance has now grown nationwide with over 400 participants, additional partners, and Educational Institutions nationwide on board. INSPIRE has become a recognised programme of excellence making a real impact on young people. Helping them secure their futures using the skills of volunteer mentors. Elaine is an experienced HR expert across the Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and the Non-profit sectors.
