Company director and founder Rob joined the programme during 2022. Rob found volunteering as a mentor to be an extremely rewarding experience for him. He describes it as “My most recent mentee was a suitable match because it allowed me to pass on any guidance I could offer and as the relationship developed, I was able to tailor my approach to best suit the mentees needs. The biggest reward for me was the chance to challenge myself to help guide the mentee through the issues or opportunities they had, and to resist the temptation of jumping to solution mode from the outset.
