Aaron is our newest team member, joining us in December 2022. Aaron’s role is to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to help assess INSPIRE Mentoring and the impact of the programme.
Marie-Clare Byard
Marie-Clare, joined the team in 2022 and working on a part-time basis manages our INSPIRE Digital Platform, ensuring that quality mentoring relationships are happening. She also manages our video content and social media, helping grow our online engagement.
Elaine McGauran
Elaine is our INSPIRE Programme Manager with a lifelong interest in social inclusion and a commitment to the wider community.
Rob Mullen
Company director and founder Rob joined the programme during 2022. Rob found volunteering as a mentor to be an extremely rewarding experience for him.
Moira Dunne
Moira signed up in 2022. She is a productivity and Wellness Consultant, a Coach and a Speaker.
Paul Thompson
Global Transitions Manager with Google Ireland, Paul has over 15 years’ experience in the tech industry
Eilis Davenport
Eilis signed up during our pilot programme in September 2020. She is an experienced pastry chef with over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of kitchens, most recently in the fabulous Le Patissier.
Richard Doran
Richard supported his mentee whilst living in China. He has over 15 years’ experience working in mainstream and digital media in Ireland and recently China where he is a familiar face and voice to millions of Chinese.
